We take our time choosing what goes in the shop, and try not to take our time replying.
For anything at all, including orders, delivery, returns, and general questions:
Wear Yaani is run by one person, so replies usually take one to two working days.
When we're around
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 GMT.
Weekends and holidays are slower, but nothing gets missed.
If it's about an order
Including these three things means we can help you the first time rather than writing back to ask:
- Your order number
- The email address you used at checkout
- A short description of the problem
Returns
Items ship from the brands that make them, so they go back to different places. Please email before sending anything back, and we'll tell you where it needs to go.
