Welcome to Wear Yaani. By using this website, placing an order or interacting with our content, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who we are

Wear Yaani is a trading name of Saif Musleh, a sole trader.

2. What Wear Yaani is

Wear Yaani is an online marketplace for sustainable products. We do not manufacture what we sell. We select independent brands and makers, list their products, and write about who made them.

When you buy from this site, your contract is with Wear Yaani. The brand that made the product ships it to you directly, so orders containing items from more than one brand will arrive in separate parcels.

3. Using this site

By using this site you confirm you are at least 18, or that a parent or guardian has agreed to you using it.

You agree not to use this site or our products for any unlawful purpose.

4. Products and availability

All products are offered subject to availability. Because products are held by the brands rather than by us, occasionally an item shown as available may turn out not to be. If that happens, we will tell you promptly and refund you in full.

We take care to describe products accurately, using information provided by the brands. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency you select and include VAT where it applies. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order you have already placed.

We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and major debit and credit cards, and offer instalment payments through Klarna and Shop Pay Instalments. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and we do not store your card details.

We may refuse or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where a price has been listed in error, or where a brand is unable to fulfil it.

6. Delivery

Delivery costs and estimated times are shown at checkout and on the product page, and vary by brand. Orders over £40 are delivered free.

Some brands ship internationally and some do not. Where an order is shipped outside the UK, any customs duties or import taxes are set by the destination country and are your responsibility.

7. Returns and refunds

You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it, and a further 14 days to return the items. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

Some items cannot be returned once opened, including personal care products, and personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty. This is stated on the product page.

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us and we will replace or refund it, and cover the cost of return postage. For returns where you have simply changed your mind, return postage is your responsibility.

8. Intellectual property

The Wear Yaani name, logo, site design and the writing we produce are ours and may not be reproduced without permission.

Product images, brand names and product descriptions belong to the brands that make them, and are used with their permission. Nothing on this site transfers any right to use them.

9. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking these terms, where that loss is a foreseeable result of the breach.

We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, since our products are sold for personal use.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything in these terms.

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

12. Governing law

The law of England and Wales governs these terms, and the courts of England and Wales will handle disputes.
