All products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production and processing before shipping.

🛃 Customs, VAT & Duties

  • US & UK: No customs charges expected.

  • EU & Ireland: Orders typically include VAT at checkout.

  • If any duties or customs fees arise, they are the responsibility of the customer.

🧾 Tracking & Delivery

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow a few days for tracking to update once the package is in transit.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 21 business days, email info@wearyaani.com — we’ll look into it right away.

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or natural events — but we’ll always do our best to support you.

  • Lost/Damaged: If your item arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, we will either replace it or offer a refund depending on the situation. Just email us within 7 days of delivery.
